As an Occupational Therapist with Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, working in inpatient and acute settings, you will provide occupational therapy services to adult patients within general medicine. Operating at Band 6, you will act as a Best Interest Assessor and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored therapy that supports patient care and improves outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments of adult patients in inpatient and acute settings.
Develop, implement and evaluate personalised occupational therapy programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.
Act as a Best Interest Assessor where required.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
