As an Occupational Therapist with London Borough of Camden Council, working with adult patients, you will provide occupational therapy services only. Operating at Band 5 or Band 6 as a qualified and experienced practitioner, you will support patients with moving and handling and the use of equipment and adaptations, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored therapy that enhances patient care and independence.
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments of adult patients.
Develop, implement and evaluate personalised occupational therapy programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.
Support patients with moving and handling interventions and equipment and adaptations.
Deliver occupational therapy services only in line with professional standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
