As an Occupational Therapist with West Sussex County Council, working with adults with learning disabilities in community settings, you will provide occupational therapy services only. As a qualified and experienced practitioner, you will collaborate closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored interventions that enhance independence and quality of life.
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults with learning disabilities in community settings.
Develop, implement and review personalised occupational therapy programmes based on individual needs and best practice.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.
Deliver occupational therapy services only in line with professional standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
