As an Occupational Therapist with The Disabilities Trust, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention for adults with neurological conditions. You will work closely with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team to promote independence, optimise functional outcomes and enhance quality of life.
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults with neurological conditions.
Develop and implement personalised therapy programmes tailored to individual needs and best practice.
Collaborate with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Deliver occupational therapy interventions exclusively in line with professional standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional standards.
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team initiatives within the occupational therapy service.
