As an Occupational Therapist with the London Borough of Southwark Council, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention for adults in community settings. You will act as a Best Interest Assessor and deliver tailored equipment and adaptations to support independence and improve quality of life.
Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults in community settings.
Develop and implement personalised intervention plans, including equipment and adaptations.
Act as a Best Interest Assessor, providing expert guidance on complex decision-making.
Collaborate with patients, families, carers and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and council standards.
Contribute to service development, best practice initiatives and multidisciplinary team objectives.
