As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist with Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention for adults in inpatient acute orthopaedic services. You will work closely with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team to promote independence, optimise functional outcomes and support recovery.
Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults in inpatient acute orthopaedic services.
Develop, implement and review personalised therapy programmes tailored to individual needs and best practice.
Collaborate with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.
Deliver occupational therapy interventions exclusively in line with professional standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with NHS and professional standards.
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team initiatives within the occupational therapy service.
