Job details:  To cover sickness. Stay Well @ Home Therapies. Dynamic and motivated Occupational Therapist required to work as part of the Admission Avoidance, Stay Well @ Home Team. The service operates across 7 days, with weekend working being a requirement. The team also operates on a shift pattern basis (x3 12 hour shifts per week) working hours between 07:30 – 20:00. This post offers an opportunity to work in A&E departments as well as Acute Admission Units, working as part of a multidisciplinary team
