Deliver occupational therapy to patients within an Intermediate Care Unit in a rehab therapy-led setting.
Facilitate safe and timely discharges, including arranging complex equipment and adaptations.
Work collaboratively as part of the MDT to establish and achieve patient-centred goals.
Run therapy groups to support rehabilitation, independence, and recovery for older people.
Essential requirements: Registered Occupational Therapist with inpatient rehab experience, particularly with older adults.
Band 7 locum role. Working hours: 08.30 – 16.30. Mondays and Fridays required ideally, with potential for full-time.
