- 2x Access to Records Officers required for the Access to Information Team
- Log and process Data Subject Access Requests (SARs) across Children’s and Adult Services
- Support the team in reducing a backlog of SAR requests
- Provide a comprehensive and effective access to records service to past and present service users requesting personal data
- Work within statutory timescales and in accordance with current legislation, policy and practice
- Champion data protection compliance and support staff to ensure safe, accessible and meaningful information handling
- Administrative role – preference for candidates with Social Care and/or SAR experience due to the sensitive nature of the information
