Job Details:
Paediatric OT required for the Enabling Independence Team.
Undertake person-centred assessments and develop support plans to improve wellbeing and outcomes for children with disabilities.
Provide advice on specialist equipment, housing needs, and adaptations to maximise independence.
Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy with relevant paediatrics and social services experience.
Hybrid working model with 3 days on-site and home-based work for the remainder.
Working hours: 35 hours per week (cannot condense days).
