Provide mental health assessments and interventions as an Occupational Therapist within the Initial Response Services at Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust.
Conduct ongoing risk assessments of service users, evaluating risks to self and others, and communicate findings to relevant professionals and agencies.
Manage complex and unpredictable service user behaviours in settings where no other mental health professional support may be available.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, safe, and effective care.
Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, ensuring compliance with professional and organisational standards.
Locum Band 6 role, full-time or part-time, shifts covering a 24/7 service; starting ASAP with ongoing contract.
