Provide specialist hand therapy assessments and interventions for patients with a range of hand and wrist conditions, including trauma, elective surgery, RA/OA, and CRPS.
Design, fabricate, and apply thermoplastic splints, supporting functional recovery and rehabilitation goals.
Work collaboratively with the outpatient hand therapy team, neurological therapists, and T&O consultants in weekly clinics.
Manage a broad caseload, prioritising treatment plans and ensuring effective time management across patients.
Apply knowledge of wound management and therapeutic techniques to optimise patient outcomes.
Locum Band 6 role, full-time, starting ASAP for 3 months, based at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust outpatient department.
