Job Title: Independent Living Assessor Area: West London Social Services Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: Independent Living Assessor required. Assessment Services. This role is to work within OT Complex and Sensory team. The team are looking for someone with experience working in Adult Social Services as first preference conducting functional assessments (OT or Sensory) or Care Act assessment. Experience in NHS setting will be considered within an OT service.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running due to the short nature of the contract. Knowledge of Care Act or OT service will be advantageous. Trusted assessor skills will also be advantageous. Report writing skills, experience using mosaic or a similar patient management system.
