The Advanced Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Band 7) at North East London NHS Foundation Trust will provide specialist assessment and intervention for children and young people, with a particular focus on Early Years caseloads. This role involves completing standardised assessments, prescribing specialist equipment, and delivering tailored interventions to support the developmental, physical, and functional needs of children and their families.
• Provide clinical assessment and intervention for paediatric patients, focusing on Early Years caseloads.
• Complete standardised assessments and produce detailed reports, including contributions to EHCPs.
• Assess for, recommend, and support the use of specialist equipment and seating.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions in clinic and community settings to support children and families.
• Work closely with children and young people with complex physical needs, ensuring family-centred care.
