Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Band 6 Area: Berkshire NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract Length: Ongoing Job details: To start asap. • Candidate should be able to assess and provide high standards of initial assessment input to patients in the community.
• Candidate should be able to liaise with MDT members in treatment and management care plans and working closely with therapist.
• To support OT /PT with the recommendations for patient centred approach to achieve their rehab goals
• Candidates should be able to create, evaluate all care plans implemented and should have a sound knowledge in discharge planning and ability to make further referrals in to the community as required.
• Candidate should be able to drive and own a car for work purposes with business insurance
