Relevant Professional Qualification in OT
Current unrestricted registration with HCPC
Specialist knowledge across a range of procedures and theory
Professional knowledge acquired through degree/ diploma
Significant experience of undertaking Occupational Therapy assessment, formulation, risk assessment and positive risk taking
Substantial experience in a dementia or mental health setting.
Must be car driver
