Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Band 6 or 7 Location: Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust –Epsom – ICP Bourne Hall Health Centre – Molesey Area: Surrey NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: Car driver needed – must have a car. Community / Rapid Response. Assessment of patients requiring rehabilitation in their homes. Rapid response for admission. Moving and handling risk assessment, prescription of equipment. The role requires strong moving and handling competency and ability to adapt flexibly to rapid response requests. Ability to liaise with social services / continuing health care/ equipment providers and the MDT. The role will be split between 3 locations and full time is desirable. Must be willing to work at all 3 locations. Working hours: 4 days per week (if Band 6) 8-4, 3 days per week (if Band 7), 8-4. Code: U.025006.BE11880
