Mental health/LD/Substance misuse experience essential
Must be able to provide evidence based mental health occupational therapy assessments and contribute to MDT formulation of need and risk management.
Driving licence and access to own vehicle
Role is working in a 20 bedded female treatment service.
System Knowledge of Carenotes desirable

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
