Undertake and oversee complex assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and care planning in line with the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Deliver strengths-based, person-centred interventions that promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and support to social work colleagues, including newly qualified staff.

Work collaboratively with health, housing, and community partners to deliver integrated and responsive care.
