Manage complex and high-risk cases for Bradford Metropolitan District Council, including Child Protection, Looked After Children, and court proceedings, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.

Provide professional support and mentoring to social workers and students, promoting a culture of reflective practice, learning, and continuous development.

Complete in-depth assessments and lead on care planning processes that are child-centred, outcome-focused, and responsive to the needs and voice of the child.

Prepare and quality-assure comprehensive reports for legal proceedings, child protection conferences, and looked after reviews, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
