Act as a lead practitioner on complex cases involving safeguarding, mental capacity, and long-term support, applying advanced knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and associated legislation.

Provide mentoring and professional support to less experienced staff and students, promoting high-quality, strengths-based, and person-centred practice across the team.

Conduct and oversee complex assessments and care planning, ensuring appropriate risk management, legal compliance, and the effective coordination of services for adults and carers.

Lead Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, ensuring robust multi-agency responses and effective protection planning for adults at risk.

Maintain accurate, detailed case records and contribute to best-interest decisions, Continuing Health Care (CHC) processes, and court work where applicable.

Support team development and quality assurance, contributing to service improvement initiatives, case audits, and reflective learning within Adult Social Care.
