Manage complex and high-risk cases for Bradford Metropolitan District Council, including safeguarding, court proceedings, and care planning, ensuring all statutory duties are met.

Provide professional support, guidance, and informal supervision to colleagues and students, promoting high-quality, reflective practice within the team.

Undertake in-depth assessments and develop personalised, outcome-focused care or support plans that reflect the needs, wishes, and best interests of service users.

Prepare and quality-assure reports for legal proceedings, safeguarding reviews, and multi-agency panels, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with legal frameworks.

Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure effective, coordinated interventions and services for children, adults, and families.

Contribute to service development, quality assurance, and team learning activities, supporting continuous improvement across Bradford’s social care services.
