Lead complex and high-risk adult safeguarding cases, ensuring thorough assessments and interventions compliant with the Care Act 2014 and associated legislation.

Provide professional supervision, coaching, and mentoring to social workers, promoting best practice and professional development within the team.

Support the development and delivery of effective, personalised care and support plans that promote independence and wellbeing for adults with care needs.

Collaborate closely with health services, housing, voluntary organisations, and other partners to coordinate multi-agency responses.

Ensure all case records and documentation are maintained to a high standard on Liquidlogic (or relevant system), meeting statutory and council requirements.

Maintain active Social Work England registration and contribute to service improvement initiatives, training, and reflective practice.
