Bradford Children’s Services is seeking a committed and experienced Child Protection Social Worker to join our Safeguarding team. You will play a vital role in protecting vulnerable children, undertaking statutory responsibilities, and driving positive change within families. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct child protection investigations and assess risk in line with the Children Act 1989 and Working Together to Safeguard Children guidance.

Develop and implement child protection and care plans, ensuring timely interventions and ongoing support to children and families.

Prepare high-quality reports for child protection conferences, legal proceedings, and statutory reviews, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Engage in multi-agency working, collaborating with schools, health professionals, police, and other services to safeguard children and support families.
