View JobWard Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is ideal for nurses looking for flexibility and competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding nursing care to patients in a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward environment.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide personalised and comprehensive care to patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with clinical governance guidelines.
- Assess and manage patient needs, ensuring that care plans are consistently followed and updated as necessary.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families throughout their hospital stay.
Location:
Methley, North England
Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward setting.
- Excellent clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
