Manage a complex caseload including safeguarding enquiries, mental capacity assessments, and multi-agency care planning, ensuring statutory compliance and best practice.

Provide professional guidance, support, and mentoring to less experienced social workers and contribute to team development and reflective practice.

Work in partnership with health professionals, housing, voluntary agencies, and families to deliver integrated, strengths-based interventions that promote independence and wellbeing.
