Take on a key role as a Senior Social Worker, delivering high-quality, complex casework while supporting colleagues with professional guidance and mentoring.

Lead on safeguarding, assessment, care planning, and risk management, ensuring all interventions are timely, evidence-based, and person-centred.

Provide support and leadership to less experienced social workers, contributing to team development and promoting reflective, strengths-based practice.

Engage effectively with children, adults, families, and multi-agency partners to coordinate care and protection under key legislation such as the Children Act 1989 or Care Act 2014.

Contribute to quality assurance, service development, and best practice initiatives to improve outcomes and support a culture of continuous improvement.
