Lead on complex cases involving safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act assessments, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and hospital discharge planning.

Provide professional guidance and mentoring to colleagues, contributing to the development of good practice and supporting less experienced social workers.

Apply a strengths-based, person-centred approach in line with the Care Act 2014, ensuring individuals and carers are fully involved in their care planning and decision-making.

Work collaboratively with health professionals, housing, and third-sector organisations to deliver coordinated, multi-agency care and support.
