Bradford Metropolitan District Council is looking for a dedicated Senior Social Worker to support adults with complex needs, empowering them to live independently and with dignity.

Undertake complex assessments, develop outcome-focused care plans, and lead safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014 and related legislation.

Apply a strengths-based, person-centred approach to deliver high-quality interventions that promote wellbeing and independence.

Provide mentoring, supervision, and professional leadership to support the development of less experienced practitioners.

Work collaboratively with health, housing, and voluntary sector partners to deliver integrated, effective services across the community.
