We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Child Protection Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our frontline Children’s Services team. This role involves working directly with children and families to assess risk, develop protection plans, and ensure that children are kept safe from harm.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough child protection assessments: Undertake timely and comprehensive assessments in line with statutory guidance and best practice.

Develop and implement child protection plans: Work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies to ensure safety and positive outcomes.

Attend and contribute to child protection conferences: Present clear, professional reports and advocate for the child’s needs and rights.

Maintain accurate records and legal compliance: Ensure all documentation is up to date, reflective, and meets local and national safeguarding standards.
