View JobAs a Physiotherapist with University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, working in an acute inpatient setting, you will provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation to patients with neurological and general medical conditions. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will deliver personalised treatment programmes aimed at improving mobility, function and overall patient outcomes.

Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical and neurological function.

Develop, implement and evaluate tailored rehabilitation plans in line with best clinical practice.

Work closely with patients, families and healthcare professionals to support recovery and discharge planning.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records in accordance with NHS and professional standards.

Provide education and advice to patients and carers on rehabilitation techniques and self-management.

Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives within the physiotherapy department.
