Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adult inpatients in general medicine.

Plan and deliver patient-centred treatment programmes to promote independence and recovery.

Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate discharge planning.

Advise on equipment and adaptations to support safe transitions home.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with trust standards.

Support service development initiatives and mentor junior staff where appropriate.
