Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care for patients on a surgical and orthopaedic ward.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
- Ensure patient records and documentation are kept up to date in line with clinical policies.
- Assess patient needs and respond with appropriate interventions and treatments.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Location:
Worcester, Worcestershire
Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Previous experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward is required.
- Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
