Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This temporary role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of nursing care to patients on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation in line with clinical governance.
- Proactively monitor and respond to patient needs and changes in their condition.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Location:
Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands
Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment is essential.
- Strong communication, clinical, and organisational skills.
