Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-quality care to patients in a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care and recovery.
- Accurately document patient information and care procedures.
- Assess patients regularly and address their healthcare needs as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Location:
Solihull, West Midlands
Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
- Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
