Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans for children, families, and adults.

Lead safeguarding investigations and provide effective intervention in line with statutory guidance.

Collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver integrated services and ensure holistic care for service users.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date case documentation, in compliance with council policies and legal requirements.

Provide professional advice and support to colleagues, helping to drive best practice in social work services.

Participate in ongoing training and development, accessing supervision to enhance your skills and career progression.
