Solihull Borough Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our dedicated and forward-thinking social care team. As a QSW, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, delivering high-quality services, and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for service users.

  • Position: Qualified Social Worker (QSW) – Solihull Borough Council

  • Location: Solihull, West Midlands

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans for children, families, and adults.

  • Lead safeguarding investigations and provide effective intervention in line with statutory guidance.

  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver integrated services and ensure holistic care for service users.

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date case documentation, in compliance with council policies and legal requirements.
