Manage high-risk and complex cases including child protection, court proceedings, and looked-after children, ensuring statutory duties under the Children Act 1989 are met.

Offer professional guidance, mentoring, and support to less experienced colleagues, helping to build skills and maintain best practice standards.

Use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to place the voice and experience of the child at the heart of decision-making.

Work closely with multi-agency partners across health, education, and the voluntary sector to deliver coordinated, child-centred interventions.
