Lead on high-risk, high-complexity cases, including court proceedings, care planning, and multi-agency interventions, ensuring children’s voices are central to all decision-making.

Act as a practice expert and mentor, supporting newly qualified and less experienced social workers through coaching, reflective supervision, and skills development.

Champion relationship-based, trauma-informed, and strengths-focused practice, driving improved outcomes for children, young people, and their families.

Collaborate closely with partner agencies such as health, education, police, and legal services to ensure integrated safeguarding responses and early intervention.
