View JobSwansea Bay University Health Board is looking for an experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to join the Adult Inpatient and Community service on a 3-month contract. This role will focus on providing specialist physiotherapy across general medicine and acute care, including Best Interest Assessments, supporting patient recovery and independence.

Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions for adult inpatients and community patients

Conduct Best Interest Assessments in line with statutory requirements

Deliver rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual needs within acute and general medicine settings

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
-
Support patients and families with guidance, advice, and education to optimise outcomes

Contribute to service development initiatives and mentor junior staff as required
