This role will focus on delivering high-quality occupational therapy across hand therapy, general medicine, and rehabilitation, providing vital care to patients during their recovery.

Carry out specialist assessments and interventions for adult inpatients requiring occupational therapy support

Deliver focused hand therapy programmes to aid patient recovery and independence

Provide rehabilitation services tailored to individual needs within a general medicine setting

Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient-centred care

Support discharge planning by assessing functional abilities and recommending appropriate equipment or adaptations

Contribute to service development and share expertise with colleagues and junior staff
