As a Band 5 Pharmacist with Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, you will provide pharmaceutical services in collaboration with pharmacy technicians and healthcare professionals. You will ensure the safe preparation, supply and management of medicines while supporting patient care and contributing to the efficiency of pharmacy services.

Dispense and supply medicines safely under supervision in hospital and pharmacy settings.

Work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and healthcare colleagues to support patient care.

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records of medicines and documentation.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and professional standards.

Provide advice and guidance to patients and colleagues on the safe use of medicines.

Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
