View JobSurrey County Council is seeking a skilled and proactive Social Worker to join our Community Quality & Development (CQD) Team. This team focuses on improving the quality of care and support services for adults across Surrey, driving service development and ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks. The role involves working collaboratively with providers, service users, and partners to promote best practice and enhance outcomes for vulnerable adults.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assurance visits and audits of care providers to monitor compliance with statutory standards and Surrey’s policies.

Support the development and implementation of service improvement plans based on findings from quality reviews.

Work closely with social work teams, health professionals, and providers to address service gaps and promote innovation.

Provide advice, guidance, and training to care providers and staff to ensure high standards of care delivery.

Maintain detailed records and reports to support commissioning decisions and regulatory inspections.
