Key Responsibilities:

Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to support patients’ independence and wellbeing within their own homes or community settings.

Manage a complex caseload autonomously, using clinical reasoning and judgement to develop tailored treatment and rehabilitation plans.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care that meets patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs.

Support patients in setting and achieving meaningful goals to improve function, prevent hospital admission, and facilitate timely discharge.

Contribute to the supervision and development of junior staff, students, or support workers as required.

Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives in line with professional standards and organisational policies.
