View JobAshford and St Peter’s NHS Trust is seeking a skilled and experienced Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join the neuro rehabilitation team at Woking Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced assessment and intervention for adults with communication and swallowing difficulties resulting from neurological conditions, supporting recovery, independence, and quality of life within a specialist rehabilitation setting.

Deliver specialist assessment, diagnosis, and management of communication and swallowing disorders in adults with neurological conditions.

Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment programmes to optimise functional outcomes.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary neuro rehabilitation team to provide coordinated, patient-centred care.

Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to junior speech and language therapists, assistants, and students.

Contribute to service development, research, audit, and quality improvement initiatives within neuro rehabilitation.

Act as a specialist resource within the team, sharing expertise and promoting best practice in neuro speech and language therapy.
