Assess and provide occupational therapy interventions for adult inpatients in acute settings.

Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote functional independence.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Support patients in regaining daily living skills and mobility.

Provide education and guidance to patients and their families to facilitate recovery.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development initiatives.
