View JobAs an Occupational Therapist with Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, working 35 hours a week on a three-month Band 6 contract, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention to support patients in achieving their functional goals and maximising independence. Working closely with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams, you will deliver evidence-based rehabilitation and care planning across acute and community settings.

Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients’ functional abilities and rehabilitation needs.

Plan, implement and evaluate tailored treatment programmes in line with clinical priorities and best practice.

Liaise with patients, families, carers and health professionals to coordinate effective discharge and follow-up care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with NHS and professional standards.

Provide guidance, support and training to patients, carers and colleagues on adaptive strategies and equipment use.

Contribute to service development and quality improvement within the occupational therapy department.
