You will play an essential role in supporting our social care services, working alongside experienced professionals to make a real difference in the lives of children, adults, and families within the community.   • Role Overview:

  • Support the social work team in delivering high-quality services to children, adults, and families within the community.

  • Assist in case management, providing administrative support and managing service user records.

  • Work closely with senior social workers to assess needs and help create care plans for individuals.

  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, providing input where appropriate.

  • Engage with service users and their families, helping to deliver interventions and support plans.

  • Access ongoing training and development opportunities to gain experience towards a full QSW qualification.
