Undertake statutory duties under legislation such as the Children Act 1989, Care Act 2014, and Mental Capacity Act 2005, ensuring safety and wellbeing.

Build meaningful relationships with service users to co-produce care and support plans that promote independence and long-term positive outcomes.

Manage a varied and appropriate caseload, applying evidence-informed and trauma-aware practice.

Work closely with a wide range of multi-agency partners, including health, education, housing, and voluntary sector organisations.
