Carry out statutory assessments, child protection enquiries, and care planning in line with the Children Act 1989, ensuring timely, effective interventions.

Manage a caseload involving children in need, those subject to child protection plans, and looked after children, applying a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach.

Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with children and families to support positive change and improve long-term outcomes.

Collaborate with multi-agency partners including schools, health, and police to deliver coordinated, child-centred plans that prioritise safety, stability, and development.
