You can manage competing demands in a busy, high-performing service while maintaining a focus on quality practice and relationship-based social work.

Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Minimum of three years’ post-qualified experience within children’s social care.
  • Experience working in MASH, Referral & Assessment, or Child Protection teams.
  • Excellent assessment, report-writing, and decision-making skills.
  • Thorough understanding of safeguarding legislation, statutory frameworks, and thresholds of intervention.
