- Occupational Therapist required to work shifts within a Nursing Home setting
- Undertake approximately 3–5 assessments per day depending on complexity and level of input required
- Additional responsibilities include reviews, equipment ordering, meetings and scheduled visits (in addition to assessments)
- Provide person-centred functional analysis and interventions in line with social care legislation and local authority requirements
- Work as an independent practitioner using occupational therapy clinical knowledge, skills and values
- Supervise staff as required
Specific Dates Required: 27th February, 2nd March, 27th March, 30th March, 31st March, 1st April, 2nd April
Working Hours: 08.00 – 16.00 (shift pattern)
