View JobJob Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward, ensuring all clinical guidelines are followed.
- Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care plans.
- Record patient information accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to clinical standards.
- Respond to changes in patient conditions, providing appropriate treatment and interventions as required.
- Assist in the implementation of care pathways and ensure timely follow-up for patients.
Location:
Tollerton, Nottinghamshire
Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
- Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
