Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialised nursing care for patients in a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Ensure that all patient documentation is updated regularly and accurately.
- Monitor patients’ progress and intervene when necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
- Deliver patient-focused care while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
Location:
Edinburgh, South Scotland
Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
- Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
