Undertake Best Interest Assessments in line with statutory requirements

Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adult inpatients
-
Deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes to promote functional recovery and independence
-
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
-
Recommend and facilitate appropriate interventions to support safe discharge and daily living

Provide guidance, education, and practical advice to patients and their families to optimise outcomes
