Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to patients on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward, adhering to the highest clinical standards.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans that meet patients’ needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is completed according to clinical guidelines.
- Assess patient conditions, promptly responding to changes and providing the necessary care.
- Assist in managing patient flow, ensuring timely and effective discharge planning.
Location:
Liverpool, Merseyside
Rates:
- Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
- Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
- Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
